sea turtle quilt

Hi... has anyone any information on who makes the sea turtle quilt found on page 108 of May's Coastal Living (Vol 10, Issue 4)? I saw another question regarding it by "Minks"... any luck?

I went on the turutesnotmigraines website, but the colors of the quilt are not as soft. Just not the same look. :(

I very much want one of the sea turtle quilts too. Have had no luck finding anything like it. I have a daughter who adores turtles and would pay someone to make her one.
