HELP! - Palm tree bed

I have been looking for a headboard with palm tree cutouts. Seabrook Classics makes one, but it is over $900. I was thrilled to see that on the editor section of this forum there was a headboard available through Living Color Furniture in GA. Their website is now unavailable and they haven't answered any of my phone messages. Anyone know of any other furniture makers that have a palm tree headboard? Thanks!!!!!

Dear Minks,

Consider yourself fortunate that you did not go forward with Don Kell at Living Color Furniture in Buford Georgia--I did, and now I am in the middle of a huge problem. I contracted with Don to make a bunkbed for my son in March. It was "supposedly" completed and shipped to me in May, after much hassle and chasing him down by phone and e:mail, (since he did charge off the total amount on my credit card!), and giving him the benefit of the doubt for every sob story he handed to me (cause the beds are really cute) it turns out he does not have a bed for me and has closed up shop. Apparently, many others are in the same situation, now we are dealing with legal.

Don Kell/ Living Color took the money and ran!

It good to know that there are other companies out there who can make similar products, maybe I will contact one of them.

This is Don Kell with Living Color Furniture. I have not taken anyone money and ran anywhere. I am here.
After a number of unfortunate events with the business. Such as my investor pulling out, An employee getting severely hurt on a table saw, it has left me with no operating funds.
Still I am by myself completing and shipping any and all outstanding orders to the best of my ability. despite the fact that I have had all phone accounts closed due to non-payment, haven't even had a car for over 5 months because i can't come up with 500.00 to repair it, getting evicted from my house for missing two months payment and so far this year living off of less than 11000.00 total income and i am a single dad with two boys full time. Still I am doing what is right and working everyday to complete and ship any outstanding orders to the best of my ability. My investor that pulled out was a partner that is an attorney that advise me to just shut it down and get a ***. The same as other attorneys have advised me to do.
I can not do that because I owe people furniture and I am a man and father that believes in doing what is right.
I am not a fraud - I just want anyone concerned to know that and to know that I am doing much more to correct a problem than most people would do!

Sob Story well I am sorry,sob story or not it is the gods honest truth and instead of taking someones money and running I am hanging tough and putting my two kids through hell to do what is right.
