Default Christmas Recipes?

I was sitting in a doctor's office and it was the first time I'd seen a copy of Coastal Living Magazine. I was in awe at the beautiful homes and scenery in the magazine...and at the recipes. It was a Christmas issue and it featured "The Best," of Costal Living holiday cooking. But, unfortunately, I didn't have time to write down the recipes, and I don't know where I can a copy of this edition as I believe it was from 2007. One of the recipes I want is a green salad with cranberries and cheese. That sounds so refreshing and different to serve for Christmas. Another was for a rum or bourbon cake. If anyone has these recipes, I'd be grateful.

Thanks,
Bobette Bryan

I found the salad. It's here for those who are interested:

Mixed Greens with Goat Cheese, Cranberries, and Walnuts

And after looking at all of these recipes, my mouth is watering. I think I'm in love. I must frequent the site with Coastal Living's recipes.
